CHED Scholarship Professional Advancement Grants - The Commission on Higher Education is now accepting applications for the Professional Advancement Grants.
ABOUT
The Professional Advancement Grants is a program under the K to 12 Transition Program to allow teaching and non-teaching personnel of different Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to partake in different non-degree programs to further enhance their competencies to better serve their institutions, hence, contribute to the improvement of higher education in the country.
This non-degree grants is open to all teaching and non-teaching personnel of different Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) especially to: Displaced Filipino and Panitikan Faculty Members; HEI Personnel from the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM); Faculty Development for HEIs in Underserved Areas; and First time applicants.
ELIGIBILITY
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Faculty or non-teaching personnel from CHED-recognized HEIs;
Filipino citizen;
Not more than 60 years old;
Preferably at least a master's degree holder;
With strong academic record;
Must be in good health and of good moral character;
Must not have been convicted for violation of any Philippine Law;
Must fulfill all the Terms and Conditions of the grant
BENEFITS
The grant for local professional advancement programs shall cover actual tuition cost only. Meanwhile, applicants may seek up to USD 10,000.00 in financial support for a professional advancement program delivered by a higher education institution/professional organization abroad.

For programs taken outside the Philippines (Abroad):
Maximum of USD 10,000 (Ten thousand US Dollars) which will be based on an Approved Work and Financial Plan.
PROGRAMS
Through Professional Advancement Grants, recipients may choose to partake in a Graduate Certificate/ Diploma Programs or Leadership Development Programs to enhance their competencies in their field of specialization.
Programs of specialization may be related to:
1. Innovative Pedagogy;
2. Advanced Research Methodology;
3. Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence; and
4. Green Technology and Energy Efficiency.

1. Applicant can apply for Professional Advancement Grants by accessing online application portal from the link below
2. Applications are open for programs that will start anytime within the period of December until May. Applicants who wish to apply to programs and courses not under the identified priorities are still welcome to apply.
