Tap on "PROPERTIES" on right corner.
Check the Schedule of Public Auction section.
Scroll over the schedule you want, and open it up.
Read all guidelines.
Note down the location, property number, area, floor, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), date and bid amount.
How to Buy PAG-IBIG Properties:
1. Search and reach the official website of PAG-IBIG Fund.
2. Tap on "PROPERTIES FOR SALE" option, which is in the menu in ribbon.
3. Search for "PROPERTIES UNDER NEGOCIATED SALE" This includes the schedule per branch and the position of the drop box for an interested customer to submit their purchase offers.
4. You'll find a link under the schedule for each branch to preview more details about the public sale.
5. After tapping that link you will see a PDF file which contains the "INVITATION TO SUBMIT OFFER TO PURCHASE". A list of assets under negotiated sale and advice of how to buy them is also included in the file.
6. PAG-IBIG never supports reservations from licensed dealers, so you will need to have a check personally on the property before you make a purchase or booking. It is for you to confirm the information provided on the files and decide how much you need to repair or modify the house.
7. It is an opportunity for you to determine whether the property is in a competitive position or vulnerable to environmental disasters. For such endoscopic tests, if is best to get guidance from engineers or realtors.
8. Do all the required documentations needed.
9. At first, purchase an offer form.
10. Add the valid IDs of both Principal Buyer and Authorized Representative.
11. Add Authorization Letter.
12. Proof of Income of buyer.
13. Attend the scheduled meetings.
14. For security assurance, real-time appearance of person is required.
15. Show your special Power of Attorney to your representative in the meeting.
16. Option of sending the offer form is limited to the approved representative.
17. At the end, submit your documents to the drop box locations as mentioned in the PDF guide for your reservation.
18. Choose your Payment Method.
19. PAG-IBIG's launching of the purchase offer relies on the date and time specified on the website of PAG-IBIG.
